This protocol describes the methods and analytical approach used for a three-stage engagement process carried out in the HYBRIDA project: 1) the first stage explored public attitudes towards organoids through three deliberative workshops. 2) In the second stage, a large number of stakeholders was involved in a consultation and co-creation process (2 co-creation expert workshops with 15-20 participants in each of the workshops plus 15 individual interviews). 3) At the third and final stage, expert and professional stakeholder groups contributed to the assessment and validation of a second draft of the products produced in HYBRIDA through the use of six focus group sessions.
